Sulfate free shampoos...yes or no? We say yes! 

Sulfates are added to shampoo to make it foamy. But, in reality, they are stripping the natural oils from our hair and adding unneeded chemicals. 

Shampoos with sulfates can cause brittle hair, so find one without sulfates and find your hair clean and strong!
