Choose sulfate free products

Less expensive shampoos contain sulfates. The added chemicals create the foam you see when you shampoo your hair.

Seeing more bubbles tends to make us think that our hair is cleaner. But, this is not true.

The sulfates actually strip the natural oils from our hair and create that dry and brittle look that none of us are searching for. 

Moral of this post: Look for sulfate free shampoos, conditioners, and products!
