Should men towel dry their hair?

It is OK to towel dry your hair. 

However, blot it dry as opposed to aggressively rubbing. Aggressively drying your hair with a towel can cause damage... it can cause it to frizz and may cause breakage. 

Being too rough can also decrease the volume of fine or thinning hair.
